Refund Policy
Short version: we don’t offer refunds. Rubies land on your account instantly — you always get exactly what you paid for.

Ruby bundles are virtual in-game currency, delivered to your Castle Crafters account within seconds of payment. Once they’re on your account, the sale is final. We don’t process refunds, partial refunds, or credit reversals.
If something went wrong with the payment itself — duplicate charge, unauthorised payment, billing or invoice question — take it up with Tebex, our merchant of record. They handle every transaction and are the only ones who can reverse a charge.
If something went wrong with the delivery — rubies didn’t arrive, wrong bundle credited, wrong username — open a ticket on our Discord and a staff member will sort it out:
Nothing here limits any statutory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country — those rights are exercised through Tebex as the seller.
